Loop in Laravel 5.0 multiple row

How to loop all through the last row so that I can save it to database.

Sample data:

first row value('math','59','23')

second row value('math','59','23')

third row value('math','59','23')

Here the controller:

$member = new test;

        $id = Auth::User()->id;
        $member->user_id = $id;
        $member->subject = $request['subject'];
        $member->first = $request['first'];
        $member->second = $request['second'];
        $member->save();
