error 403 trying to access to public folder in laravel project in Windows with MAMP PRO

I'm working with the user "kintela" I have total control in the htdocs folderin MAMP

I have added the user in http.cof file in apache

User daemon User kintela Group daemon

But when I go to the url of my laravel proyect I don't see the public folder

So the url of my proyect /public gets this error: You don't have permission to access /cms/public/ on this server.

Any Idea??
