How to upload excel sheet in laravel and store data in database in the correct column?

Suppose I have an excel sheet where the columns are wholename, youraddress, yourphone( these names can be different. eg- myname,mywholeaddress, mynumber). I have a database table where the column names are name,address,phone. How do i understand which column belongs to which column and upload and store at the database accordingly.
