Is there anyway to capture current plan expiration date in Laravel cashier

Is there anyway to capture current plan expiration date, current plan starting date etc. as given by stripe subscription object while subscribing to a package using Laravel cashier ??

As per laravel cashier doc , it store very few information to the user database, but is there anyway to alter this and make it to add more fields to the user database table without using strip api again??
