Laravel Vuejs create package with own vue files and integrate into asset directory for building app.js

I have serveral files in svn, see example below.
Now i want to use this in serveral projects as folder structure app/resources/assets/package-name.
So when i do npm run dev or npm run watch-poll all files are build into app.js

What is the best approach?

For example:

formelements/button.vue
formelements/input.vue
etc ect
