Video tag working on Laravel Windows Server but not in Ubuntu Server

I am currently working on a website using Laravel 5.3 with the admin panel of Voyager and PhpMyAdmin Database. In my domain the tag is working and showing the specific videos from the database that was stored in the system storage but after I transferred the system to the Ubuntu server the video is not showing and no signs of any errors when I inspect the web page. Can anyone tell me what is the possible problem of the website i'm creating?
