Browser sending HTTP GET Request with different encoding

my browser is sending different url in the GET Request. I don't really get what to do after seeing this weird behavior. Can someone help?

First picture - the request should be like this

And not like this

The main difference is that the first picture was a request done in localhost, the second one is in VPS

I wonder what configuration is wrong that results in this behavior...

The app is written with Laravel and the request is done with jQuery Datatables.
