How to configure older project in laravel

I am unable to find any solution about laravel...

I want to run my older project after installing new OS...

I have cloned that project in htdocs but it is showing 404 error in the browser...

please, help me...

I have done everything...

like I have run these commands...

composer install

composer update --no-script

php artisan key: generate

php artisan migrate

but it is still 404 error...

please tell me any solution,
