Integrating Wacom One tablet in web interface

I'm developing website where user will draw or write with writing pad or mouse pointer just like online paint tools or something like that and send it the server as image. I'm using Wacom One Tablet for this and developing the website with laravel and vue.js. How can I accomplish this?
