Internal Server Error after clone git project

i'm getting 'Internal Server Error' when i try run my laravel app at AWS.

firstly, if i clone the project to any localserver (wamp) and run 'composer install' it runs ok.

but when i try clone project to my instance aws EC2. i got this error.

i've already tried change .htaccess, i've granted access on storage folder. bootstrap folder too. and nothing works.

in /etc/apache2/sites-avaliable/000-default.conf i've redirect documentFolder to my /laravel-app/public/. and it still not working.

my EC runs with:

Server version: Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
PHP 7.2.10-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 (cli) (built: Sep 13 2018 13:45:02) ( NTS )
Laravel Framework 5.7.9

i've already tried everting found in stack and stills same error. there is something wrong with my app ?
