This page isn’t working example.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

When i upload my code to the sub domain in c panel and run the project then 500 internal error is coming. i check the index file with die();then its come to the page but i think its unable to find the require DIR.'/bootstrap/autoload.php';path.

this is my index.php file

But in my local system the project is working fine.
