Video editor for Laravel

I want to develop a functionality by which an user can upload video in the application developed in Laravel framework and also wants to develop a functionality by which user can cropped the uploaded video online, here we are able to develop the functionality to upload the video but not able to functionality to crop it, please let us guide to develop it.
