Why happened "currently unable to handle this request" Laravel site after local to live

I have a laravel application that is working fine at my Laragon localhost, but when I added it to live server it's not working. When I hit the domain http://192.168.41.81/vesMain/ it's showing me This page isn’t working 192.168.41.81 is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500. I don't know why. Is there any problem to use Apache server for hosting laravel app? I hosted the app into another cpannel and that's working fine. Why happened this 500 error?
