Errors when installing the npm to use Vue.js in laravel 5.5.44

Good Friends this time I'm here xq I find a small problem that suddenly many could give me a hand ... the issue is the following:

when executing on the command line: npm run dev throws me the following errors; enter image description here

I have seen in this link-1 and in this other link-2 some Help commands, but nevertheless I have not been able to solve the Errors.
