Laravel form blade

I'm making a form for some submission and the form has an input where the person should choose an element from a dropdown list, however the next field should be another dropdown list which is connected to the database when the person chooses the first element is should take its name/id and fetch all the data from a table in the database and load all the data for this element , any idea on how this should be set?

Im using blade though.
