Laravel - Insert / Data inserts the last array / lists only

I have a list of days for this month. but the problem is when i insert or add the data it only inserts the last array or data from the list. for example i added Jan-02-2019 then it will insert Jan-31-2019.

can you help me with this one please thank you.
