How to send data with xml format to an API in Laravel 5.7

I am newbie for xml and API. I am using laravel 5.7 , my API look like this : https://github.com/RahmatEffendi/xml_test/blob/master/Activity.xml and my url api like this : http://110.22.12.12:xxxx/xxxx/xxxx?wsdl.

I want to send data to that api with xml format, how to do that, anyone can help me ?
