video file not upload in laravel with message the given data was invalid

I could not upload video files more than 2 meg in my project. I face with error 422 , error message : the given data was invalid & the file failed to upload.

i raise post_max_size and upload_max size in php.ini but that not work. I can upload files fewer than 2 meg
