What is the way to exit of th files with the @extends of blade in Laravel

Ok so I have my /ressources/views/layouts/app.blade.php

and my page project in /ressources/views/projects/index.blade.php

What is the right way to write my @extends in my index.blade.php to point in my app.blade.php.

Sorry for this very simple questions but it's my first project in Laravel
