How to fix Angularjs ng-cloak not working in server

I have some problem, when i use ng-cloak for remove any tags when page is loading in my local, it works. but when I implement to server, return blank page. I doubt if the problem is because of ng-cloak, but when I remove ng-cloak and implement again to server, the page works correctly. how can i fix this?
