How to get results based on user group and only show specific results

I have a project where I need to filter results based on user group and only show data where user company is same as results company field.

I have data entered by different end users requesting support, they sent to the application and tag a company they reporting the issue to.

When the support users login to check for any reported issues on their company they must only see issues tagged with their company name only.

We will need to see everything (all issues reported showing all tagged companies) as application admins.
