laravel 5.8 Undefined offset: 1 error in loop

I use this tutorial for categories :

Laravel categories with dynamic deep paths

This tutorial says you can use for category link.

but when use this code, I encounter with below error :

Undefined offset: 1 (View: /home/laravel-projects/index.blade.php)
