Laravel file upload failed with a 419 error (session expired)

I am using Laravel 5.7, i have a form containing some input fields and a file field, i have csrf field inside the form, when i submit the form without choosing a file the request is accepted but when i choose a file a get a 419 error (session expired). this is a new problem, the form was working file until i don't know what happen and it didn't work anymore. i have 2 versions of the site, the local one still works fine but the hosted one is infected with bug. i removed all the files from the server and re-upload them again but the problem still there.
