Employee auto out in attendance system laravel

In attendance system using laravel, the employee is logged in at 9am and forget to logged out ,
which is having problem on laravel , if the employee is forget to logout ,the automatic time will be calculated over 8 hour and take as logout time in attendance system in laravel.
someone help me up!
