Files changes are not reflecting after deployment through envoyer

I am using Envoyer and when I deployed my project on the live server using Envoyer, the changes did not take place, but when I restart the PHP server from the forge, it worked. Is there any command I used in the hook which auto-restart PHP server. I am using the AWS server. Any help would be highly appreciated.
