Laravel realtime notification to be used with react-native

I will build an api in Laravel that will be consumed in a react-native application and will have a dashboard that will show the orders placed by customers in the application. In this api, when the customer places an order for the application, the admin should receive a real-time notification on the laravel dashboard. What is the best way to implement this functionality?
