JavaScript files are not loaded fully in my Laravel 5.2 application using Ace theme

We have a CMS page developed using Laravel 5.2 with Ace theme. Suddenly javascript files are taking a long time to load and the page is not properly working. When I inspect the network tab of the Chrome Dev tool I found files are loading on a priority basis. After a few minutes page is loaded but most of the javascript files were not loaded fully, which produced errors in the console. Please help me fix the issue.

It happens mostly on the production server also when the "Disable cache" is checked in the Networks tab
