create installable & Lumen supportable library in laravel

How to create a create installable Lumen supportable library in laravel. Which will install in /vendor directory via composer install. Also need a ServiceProvider class to register library with support for Lumen.

Also please guide me on how to test it once the library is completed. I mean, how to call this library and use it controller.
