WebRTC server Side

I made Rest Api for mobile apps (IOS/Android) in laravel and in these project there is phase for voice chatting and video streaming

beside i prefer use WebRTC for that but i cannt know where to start i didnt know how to config webrtc on my own server as server side i using php(laravel) most of project in webrtc made in java and node.js

any suggestion ?
