How to install PHP7.1+ for amazon machine?

This is the machine configuration

When I install mod_php71w.x86_64 it does not let PHP available for CLI and when I do php71.x86_64 onyl then it does not let php available for Apache2.4. Installing both gives different php modules available and versions.

How do I sort it out? I can't use Laravel on both CLI and Web :/
