New files on bitbucket not added to hostgator

I'm fixing a laravel website for a client (I'm not the creator of website and the bitbucket repository). I sourcetree for commiting my changes.. When I change an already existing file, it works good and changes the file on hostgator. But when I add a new file, it's added to bitbucket but not hostgator. Any clues?
