Sharing information to facebook and twitter

I have a website, where there's a page having many cards, clicking on each card opens up a bootstrap model showing specific card's details. Now this model have twitter and facebook Share buttons, using which I need to share that card's details to twitter and facebook.

I know meta tags can do this trick, but how can send information from the popup? As meta tags read information from the whole page but not from the model.
