Slow compilation of with Laravel and vue.js using Yarn

I am creating a SPA application with vue.js and Laravel 5.6.It take too much time to compile using yarn run watch or npm run watch. It's usually gets stucks at 10% or 15% while compiling. I have attached both webpack.mix.js and app.js. I am sure, something is drastically wrong,Can you guys have pleas look at this.
