Cordova Android not loading custom Theme

I am making an Android App using Cordova as a wrapper for a Laravel Webapp called BeMusic.

BeMusic has a customization option where you can choose any colors you want for your WebApp...

When I run the Cordova app those colors will only be loaded if I'm running the Webapp on the main domain and not subdomain / path.

This is extremmely weird and I really cannot think of the reason why, I've tried using Chrome Tools to debug whether there was a css stylesheet not being loaded but it was not the case. I also tried putting the css styling directly into index.php without success.

Can anybody suggest anything?
