Laravel 5.6 Form Buttons not responding after redirecting to same page

So I have a page wherein there is a form on top with corresponding fields and there's also a table below filled with some data. Each row of the table has a clickable link which fills out the form on top. Before clicking anythinh from the table, the submit button and the reset button in the form above works, but when I click on a data in the table, which redirects to the same page to fill up the form above, the submit and reset buttons in the form doesn't do anything anymore when clicked
