Lumen 5.4 and laravel cookies

does lumen 5.4 supporting illuminate/cookies? In vendors, there is no such package installed by default but Cookie facade exists. So I'm confused, what is the best way to use cookies with lumen 5.4? I see two options: 1. to use $_COOKIE, not OOP way :) 2. to install laravel cookie
