Laravel, How Do I download a zip file and extract and display the contents of the zip file?

im a newbie on Laravel, I have inserted zip files inside my database, and now i am suppose to display and allow other users to download the file. What i am trying to accomplish is to extract the content of the file, download the file, open a new window and display the contents of the file. Is there any ways that i am able to do so?
