How do i filter for examples titles of some movies using a letter in Laravel 5?

So I'm trying to filter through the titles using a letter that is in an <a href></a> tag in Laravel 5 which should show me all the titles whose name start with that letter. What should i add in my view,controller and route to make that happened?
