Laravel edit view directly with db information

i've been searching and i don't get to any clue, i wanted to know if its posible to edit the information from a view directly with information from de db, i want this because i want to make the footer editable such as the admin has a form where he can put the info and this info should go directly into the html view.

So the view should go to the config table wich has three colums(id,name, value) where i will store the data such as name=phone, value=620934788, and in the footer i want to appear the value directly without using a controller, because of that i should send the data to each view in each controller because the footer is seen in every view.

So all i want is to inser the value directly en the html view.
