laravel push notification in every changes in database

I use to firebase as an intermediary tool to connect my iot and ocr. ill get images from firebase storage and extract the license plate character, I have sample data in the database that if match it will insert, I want this inserted file to be notified in the frontend. Is there any way to do it purely in ajax and javascript?

P.S all the tutorial and example have user input or user action, in my case, I don't have it. purely notifying to any changes in the database.
