How do I develop vue components in laravel packages (with orchestra/testbench)?

I am developing a Laravel package with orchestra/testbench. In this package I want to provide some vue components. To develop these components I need to see them in the Browser. Unfortunately if I use valet link I'll get an 404 - not found error in my browser.

Additionally I can't use php artisan in the root of my package. Do I have to include something else ?
