How to customize working hours for a project in Laravel

I am working on a project with Laravel in which I have to add the working hours for an office for example one branch office works from monday to friday and other branch office from the same company works from monday to saturday and they have different working hours the first one works from 08:00 to 16:00 and the second one works from 08:00 to 12:00 //break and come back// 14:00 to 18:00 so I don't know how to start how to do it in the database and how to custom the working hours and the days. Please give and advice how should I start
