Showing blank page when I install larevel project on AWS Ec2 server, do we need to run any rewite rules for this?

I have a php project and it doesn't have composer.json and composer.loc file. It is working on my local(As I have already run all dependencies) Can we deploy the same on server?

it should redirect to route page, but showing blank page
